   • Proof of purchase (order number or transaction ID) is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
   • Licenses already activated or redeemed.
   • Orders older than 30 days.
3. Refund Process:
   • Submit a request via email to contact@windowskeyshop.com with:
     • Order number.
     • Reason for return.
     • Screenshot of the unactivated license (if applicable).
   • Handling Time: Refunds are processed within 1–7 business days of approval.
   • Method: Funds returned via the original payment method.
4. Exchanges:
   • Defective or invalid licenses will be replaced free of charge within 30 days.
5. Order Notes:
   • For faster resolution, include your order number and preferred contact email in the “Notes” field during checkout.
