30-Day Guarantee for Non-Working Keys

WindowsKeyShop sells digitally delivered software license keys. Our voluntary 30-day guarantee covers keys that do not work. It is not an unconditional money-back or change-of-mind guarantee.

What Is Covered?

If your key is invalid, already used, or otherwise defective and cannot activate the product as described, contact us within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date. We will help diagnose the activation issue. Once a non-working key is confirmed, we will provide a working replacement or a full refund for the affected item.

How to Request Help or a Refund

1. Email support@windowskeyshop.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
2. Describe the problem and include a screenshot of the activation error or error code, together with the software edition and operating system you are using. Hide passwords, payment details and unrelated personal information.
3. Follow the relevant troubleshooting instructions so we can determine whether the key itself is defective.

Please submit your claim within the 30-day window; a claim submitted on time remains eligible while we review it. Our support response target is within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days; your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.

What Is Not Covered by This Voluntary Guarantee?

• Changing your mind, no longer needing the software, or an accidental purchase when the key works as described.
• Using a key with a different product, edition, operating system or region from the requirements clearly stated before purchase.
• Attempting to use a key on more devices than the purchased license permits.
• Problems caused solely by unrelated hardware faults, account restrictions or unsupported configurations rather than a defective key.

Digital keys cannot be physically returned. Do not post your key publicly or send it to third parties. If you need to correct an order or have not received it, contact support promptly and consult our Delivery and Shipping Policy.

Your Consumer Rights

This 30-day guarantee is an additional commercial promise. It does not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights, remedies for products that are faulty or not as described, or payment-provider dispute rights that apply to your purchase. Where applicable law provides different or longer rights, those rights remain available.
